1. Program

Program name: Ward and Sons Excavating job texts. These texts are sent by Ward and Son Excavating LLC ("Ward and Sons," "we," "us") to our own customers about their jobs.

2. What we send

We only text you about your own job. We do not send marketing texts in this program.

• Your estimate, and a link to review and approve it;
• Your scheduled start and finish dates (weather permitting) and any changes;
• A reminder the day before we start;
• Your invoice when the work is done; and
• Replies to questions you sent us.

3. How you opt in

You opt in by checking the "Text me about my estimate and job" box on the quote form on this website. The box is unchecked unless you check it, and you don't have to check it to send the form. We record the date and time of your consent.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You never have to agree to texts to hire us.

4. Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies (usually a few messages per job). Message and data rates may apply.

5. Opting out and help

Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. You will get one confirmation message and no further texts.

Supported on major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Privacy

Our /privacy/, including "Text messages (SMS)," explains how we handle your information. We do not share mobile numbers or text-messaging opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
